Shipping & Returns
If within 14 days of receipt of your goods they are “not as ordered” and have not been worn or damaged, please contact us via email or telephone.
All costs associated with the return of goods will be borne by Serendib Craftlink. Please choose carefully, and contact us by email or telephone if you have any queries regards the products on the website.
Receipt of goods with the assumption they were a different brand, look or feel does not constitute “not as ordered”.
Please notify us immediately via email@example.com if you wish to cancel your order. We reserve the right to implement a cancellation fee of 10% to cover administrative costs.
Australia: Delivery times within Australia are usually around 1-5 business days. International: Goods are shipped from Australia via air mail. Shipping times are subject to variation as they are at the discretion of postal services; however a guide is provided below. These times describe the time from shipment to time of arrival.
USA, UK and Asia: 7-10 business days
Europe: 10-18 business days
Canada: up to 20 business days (due to the customs process)
We constantly strive to achieve best practice and as such have chosen to align ourselves with particular delivery systems. However once an order is despatched from our premises we are not responsible for any delivery delays.
It is the consumer’s responsibility to ensure correct shipping/delivery details are provided to Serendib CraftLink via the online payment system. Serendib CraftLink is not responsible for re-shipping orders at our expense if incorrect details are provided. All delivery times/dates provided are estimates only and are at the discretion of the postal system providers.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
