MY DREAMTIME – THE SEA CREATURES ( FULL SET)

For thousands of years, Indigenous people’s history and survival have been linked to their connection to the land and their natural surroundings. 

The Dreaming or Dreamtime “The Creation”, handed down in an oral tradition through generations, has many things to teach about caring for the land and sea; and respect for each other and all life.  This appealing set of sea creatures has been designed under licence by talented Indigenous artist Sherren Gross, and comes from the spirit of her ancestors and their Sacred and Special Stories..  They are a visual delight, and will help in sharing Dreamtime stories, and understanding of our responsibility to protecting the environment.

With permission from Sherren, the finished product has been made by artisans at Fair Trade producer group Artisans Effort in India.

The set is housed in a compact bag with Velcro fastenings.  All creatures may be purchased individually.

Included:   Whale 30cm L, 28cm W at tail;        Dugong 28cm Circ at largest point;   Jelly Fish 22cm L;      Octopus 25cm L, 36cm circ at largest point;      Squid 17cm L 9 cm W.
